  • Lead and manage the sales team for off-plan property sales in Dubai.
  • Build strong relationships with top UAE developers during project planning.
  • Handle all legal and compliance documents as required by UAE laws for each sale.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to increase profits.
  • Research the Dubai market to find new investment opportunities.
  • Advise clients about Dubai's market trends, prices, and legal needs.
  • Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends to stay competitive.
  • Regularly report on the progress of off-plan projects.

Role Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Senior Property Consultant or similar in Dubai/UAE, specializing in off-plan properties.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving work environments.
  • Understanding of Dubai's real estate market trends.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages like Russian, Spanish, German, Dutch, and Japanese are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sellers and buyers, as well as tenants and landlords, in effectively marketing and securing properties at optimal prices and terms.
  • Understand client needs and financial capabilities to offer appropriate real estate solutions.
  • Facilitate negotiation processes, advise clients on market trends, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements to ensure fair transactions.
  • Conduct market comparisons to determine property values.
  • Showcase and promote properties to potential buyers.
  • Oversee the resale of properties.
  • Build networks with developers and landlords for collaboration.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends and best practices.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and finalize deals with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a client database through networking and fostering relationships.
  • Keep up-to-date with Dubai’s market trends and property values.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property sales within Dubai.
  • Demonstrated success in leasing and closing real estate deals in Dubai.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws and regulations.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have reliable transportation.
  • Dynamic and self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Background in sales or customer service.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and other relevant real estate software.
  • Well-versed in the local Dubai real estate market and its regulations.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

  • As a Real Estate Administrator in Dubai, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing property sales and client relations. Your tasks will be structured as follows:
  • Proactively generate property listings through targeted outbound calls.
  • Consistently update and verify property information to ensure its accuracy and highlight attractive property deals.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Expertly prepare and manage crucial real estate documents, including tenancy contracts, EJARI, addendums, Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), and No Objection Certificates (NOC).
  • Prepare contracts for sellers and buyers, with proficiency in handling Form-A, B, F, and I.
  • Coordinate document submission to developers for registration and effectively manage related WhatsApp groups.
  • Diligently record and oversee sales transactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed and organized reports on client interactions, meetings, and sales achievements.
  • Efficiently manage and organize leads data, ensuring prompt engagement with potential clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate team members' property listings for optimal quality scores and visibility on prominent real estate portals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and team members to facilitate the conversion of leads into sales.
  • Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer information.
  • Bring 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and communication skills, essential for success in this role.
  • Your role will require a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate landscape, ensuring professional and efficient service delivery in this dynamic market
